assessment update

FYI - for the mid - term reports:

it's a little different from other classes , so just making sure we're all clear on this,...

24.5 % of the mark for leadership is pure application...doing things / attitude / approach etc

that has not been applied yet b/c it takes time to plan and do things

that will be on the mid-term ...and blogs will be worth much more than they are at present....

so...the posted marks right now are accurate but can be very deceptive
